What's Covered
Manufacturing faults, no quibble.
Every Mobex product is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against genuine manufacturing defects — faulty components, workmanship issues, or a product that fails to perform as intended under normal use. If your Aria or one of our cables develops a fault of this kind, we'll replace it. No forms, no fuss.
What's Not Covered
Physical damage is excluded.
To qualify for a warranty exchange, the item must not be physically damaged. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Drops, cracks, dents, or impact damage to the casing
- Water or liquid damage — including exposure to moisture, humidity, spills, or submersion
- Corrosion or damage caused by unauthorised repairs, disassembly, or modification
- Damage caused by using non-Mobex chargers, cables, or accessories
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
A product showing signs of physical or water damage will not qualify for a warranty exchange, regardless of whether the damage appears related to the fault being reported.
