Shipping policy

UK shipping

All UK orders are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order value. Every order is sent tracked so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

EU shipping

We ship to all EU member states. Orders are fulfilled from the UK and delivered via tracked international courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

EU orders are shipped under IOSS (Import One Stop Shop). VAT is collected at checkout, so there are no additional charges or customs delays on arrival. The price you pay is the price you pay.


Order processing

We aim to dispatch every order within one working day of payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

If you haven't received your tracking email within two working days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then get in touch at Support@mobex.tech and we'll look into it.

Tracking your order

Every Mobex order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your dispatch confirmation email to follow your parcel in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than five working days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Delivery issues

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow one additional working day before contacting us — carriers occasionally update tracking early. If it still hasn't arrived, email Support@mobex.tech with your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses submitted at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order.

Missing or damaged orders

If an order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement under our 2-year warranty at no cost to you.
